By accessing and using Flocod ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flocod is a live-coding AI tool studio that provides developers with an integrated development environment, AI-assisted coding features, and project management capabilities.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use certain features of the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You retain all rights to the code and content you create using Flocod. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Flocod platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flocod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
